You are invited to exhibit your products and/or services at the second annual Northeast Georgia Education Conference (NGEC) sponsored by GRACE Homeschool Cooperative and House of Prayer in Blairsville, Georgia. Conference attendees will include homeschooling families and families considering homeschooling as well as teachers and parents from local private and public K-12 schools. We expect to draw participants from northeast Georgia as well as southwest North Carolina and southeast Tennessee.
The NGEC will take place on Saturday, June28, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the House of Prayer Family Life Center in Blairsville. Mary Hood, The Relaxed Homeschooler, will be our keynote speaker, and other nationally known and respected speakers/educators will provide breakout sessions on a variety of topics throughout the day. Exhibits will be located in the central hub of the meeting area to ensure a steady flow of traffic.
The fee for exhibiting includes two tickets for our catered lunch. Each exhibit space will be 8 feet wide and 8 feet deep; exhibitors must provide their own tables. Only products and services of an educational nature will be permitted. All exhibits must be set up between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. on June 28. Exhibits will be open from 10:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Because our opening address and keynote address will take place in the exhibit area, no exhibit activities (set-up, sales, etc.) will be permitted between 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Breakdown will be from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. If you will be conducting sales during the conference, please be aware that Union County has a 7% sales tax.
